Notebook(Alert): Add into notebook list of already existing tasks generated from notebook

**Proposal:**
It would be nice if the notebook contained a list of tasks/alerts already generated with links and their current status (active/inactive).

**Current behavior:**
After exporting an Alert as a task the user needs to open the tasks list to locate the task. The name shows that the task is generated from a notebook, but there is no other indication of which task came from which notebook. Furthermore the task name can be modified.

**Desired behavior:**
That the relationship between a task and its originating notebook should be recorded and accessible to the user or user team. This could be done in the notebook by maintaining a list of the tasks generated from the notebook.

**Alternatives considered:**
Looked in the generated task, but did not see any reference to the source notebook in the UI. However in the notification message, and in the generated flux script there is a link back to the notebook. The only way of discovering the relationship between the task and the notebook is by copy pasting this link into the browser.

**Use case:**
Why is this important (helps with prioritizing requests)?
A user may forget how and from where a task is generated. A team of users might use the same notebook, and a team member would want to know which tasks have already been generated from the notebook so as to prevent generating a duplicate. A user might want to have an inventory of tasks for various other reasons, troubleshooting, performance tuning, etc.
