Description
### User Story
As an end user, I would like to see my labels and description information for pinned items so that I can easily pick out and remember which pinned item is which.
### Notes
Pinned items have not yet went through formal design. This story is for putting this through design to tweak how the pinned item cards should look and what data they should contain.
