the 2-nd account created via aws marketplace do not apply aws subscription managed billing details

I have created the 2-nd account from aws marketpace (different aws accounts).
After success registration process of 2-nd account in influx cloud I have asked for upgrade promotion.
After cancellation of promotion - the account status is free (without billing details)
In aws marketplace subscription management of my account, exist "InfluxDB Cloud SaaS" subscription.
How I able to connect my influxdb account to exist aws subscription ?
