Notebooks: How do we handle associated tasks and run logs with new tasks?

Do we need to add a section to the task panel that shows all previous tasks associated to the task they are creating within the panel? (ie. in-sync, active, deactivated, out of sync). We need to keep these previous dead tasks to preserve run history, but do we need to reference it in the task panel? Also, should we show run history for all associated task runs together or separately?
