Visualizations - plots with secondary y-axis / Ability to visualize data associated with a a large quantity of sensors (many sensors)

**Proposal:**
Push plotted data to a secondary axis, so data with widely different ranges can be shown properly in the same plot

**Current behavior:**
All graphs are displayed along the same y-axis

**Desired behavior:**
the option to push data to a secondary y-axis

**Use case:**
helps with building dashboards from data with widely different ranges (e.g. percentage 0-1 + power measurement 0-10,000)
