**Description**
As a InfluxDB Cloud user who just deleted my free account
I want to be able to fill out an offboarding survey in as few steps as possible
So that I can quickly provide feedback for why I'm cancelling my account
**Acceptance Criteria**
GIVEN I am a free user
AND I just deleted my account
WHEN I go to the /free_cancel page
THEN my email that I used for the account is prepopulated in the feedback form
