Description

## Background

As part of influxdata/quartz#4934, we would like to research what is needed to move from our custom login experience to utilizing Auth0's universal login. This migration would allow us to move SSO out of Quartz, utilize Auth0's custom functionality and and support login flow customizations with out code updates.

Details on the new universal login can be found [here](https://auth0.com/docs/universal-login/new-experience).

## Goals

Working with the eCommerce team, we would like to answer the following questions:

- What are the nature of the technical changes that we would need to make on frontend to support the new universal login?
- Working with design, what is the scope of customizing the look and feel of the universal login to fit our brand requirements.
- Are their changes needed within IDPE or can we this be a strictly UI / Quartz effort?
- What local development dependencies will come out of the flow modification, if any?

## Acceptance Criteria

- A list of stories outlining the UI modifications needed to support the new universal login from within the UI for both look and feel and technical requirements.
- A document sharing the conclusion of what (if any) modifications will be needed from the IDPE side along with implications (if any) on local development
