Notebooks: Allow adding multiple panels

right now, the add button in notebooks is set up to just add a single panel, based on the panel type definition, to the notebook.

you click on "add metric selector", you get a single metric selector panel.

we'd like the ability to add multiple panels when you click on the add button

to prove it out: all input type panels should add not only themselves, but also a visualization panel, set to type simple table
