Add e2e test to verify links in checks status messages

As follow up for [this issue](https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/applicationsui-unity-606b1041215d5f0017898847/issues/influxdata/ui/1420) we should add a test to verify that this behavior is consistent.

This can be added onto `Check should be viewable once created` inside `checks.test.ts` so as to keep our testing suite from taking forever to run. This involves fighting with Cypress a fair bit though as it does not seem to properly load the table within the Checks View Details section as it is currently implemented at the time of this writing.
