Tooltip: Ability to increase the length of the Field name of a tooltip

**Proposal:**
Currently my tag names are longer than the tooltip allows for and cuts them off. Need to be able to see the whole thing.

**Current behavior:**
Tag name field is cut off, only allows for like 25 chars.

**Desired behavior:**
Make this adjustable.
