Gauge: view options need attention

**Proposal:**
Giraffe's gauge has some improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements that are not available currently in the UI's Gauge View Options. Right now, Gauge View Options are very sparse and there are broken "Optional Prefix" and "Optional Suffix" checkboxes that do nothing.

Please build out the Gauge View Options to take advantage of everything that Giraffe's Gauge has to offer.

Take advantage of Giraffe's gauge options such as Gauge Size where the gauge can be resized. **_This will require updating the api._**

**Use case:**
Ultimately, all visualizations will be served by Giraffe. This is one of the steps in reaching that goal.
