Automatic ruler like it was in Chronograf 1.8 not availble in 2.0.04 ?

In Chronograf 1.8 on the dashboard there was a ruler witch was moving over all cells in a dashboard with the same time range
**Current behavior:**

In Chronograf this not availble ? Or a hidden setting?
**Desired behavior:**
Describe what you want.
Ruler behavior the same as 1.8

Why is this important (helps with prioritizing requests)?
It was a very handy feature for my energy metering project.
