firstMile: Telegraf Setup - Add InfluxDB OSS to be a telegraf plugin

today, i have data stored in InfluxDB OSS, i would like to bring that data into cloud the same way i bring any other data into cloud.

On our load data data sources page, we should add an option to load data from influxdb oss, and create a page with documentation to do that. It can have different options such as using the CLI to stream data from one to another, exporting and then re-importing, dual writing from telegraf or a client lib.

We could then look at the metrics and improve that experience.
