### Proposal:
Implement wireless input plugin for Windows.
### Current behavior:
Can't monitor wifi status of Windows devices.
### Desired behavior:
The wireless plugin works on Windows.
### Use case:
My company has a fleet of 20 portable Windows devices and wants to monitor and alert when the wifi connection becomes unreliable.
