Repository contains commit that violates the AI generated code contribution policy

The telegraf contributing policy currently states:

> We currently cannot accept AI generated code contributions. Code contributed
should be your own per the CLA.

However, the master branch **does** contain an 'AI' generated contribution:

which is clearly marked as generated by 'AI':

Thus, please clarify whether that commit was added by accident or whether your policy on 'AI' generated code is simply outdated.
