Migrate integration tests away from `bitnamilegacy/mariadb-galera`

Bitnami was taken over by Broadcom/VMWare/Tanzu and decided to only provide paid, security hardened images. Therefore the existing images have been moved to a legacy repository where they will not receive updates anymore.
