Description
https://community.influxdata.com/t/kapacitor-pushing-alerts-very-slow-httppost/22850
The original community issue
Right now each script works somewhat serially and waits for the response. It would be great if we could make an adjustment so it does not wait for the response and just continues to send out the alerts

Research direction
Start with the linked community report and search Kapacitor for the HTTPPOST alert delivery path. Trace where alert scripts wait for HTTP responses and inspect any related tests. Done means alerts can be sent without serially waiting for each response, with coverage demonstrating the new behavior.
