Not able to start the kapacitor with kapacitor.conf file

Hi

I am using kapacitor-1.5.6 and python 3/python 2, RHEL 7.7
when I am trying to start the kapacitor I am getting the following error

./kapacitord -config /home/kapacitor/kapacitor-1.5.6-1/etc/kapacitor/kapacitor.conf -log-level degug

I have installed protobuf python libraries also

Please help me resolve this issue.
