Description

It would be great if we could alert to Ryver open forums or private teams. Ryver is kind of like HipChat's new product Stride. It should be really easy using their Webhooks implementation but they also support using a specific created user.

Research direction

Start by reading the Ryver incoming webhooks, chat message API, and API documentation linked in the issue. Compare the two proposed integration approaches and identify the existing alert-endpoint entry point in Kapacitor; done means alerts can reach Ryver open forums and private teams through a supported approach.
