UDF: Machine Learning Algorithm

I am trying to find out how to integrate Kapacitor with Machine Learning Algorithm
But I did not get any solution.

Is it possible to write UDF to poll the influxdb at regular intervals and send the output data to some file
or write Continous queries to put the output in file
