Use Alerta with client certificate

Hi all,

I know this is not a common usecase, but we would like to use Kapacitor to send alerts to our Alerta server. The problem is that the server requires a client certificate.

I would also try to patch this myself and create a PR, just wanted to know before if this would be something that you would consider merging. Or maybe there is already a workaround for that, that I am not aware of?

The issue names Kapacitor and an Alerta server but does not identify files, tests, or an entry point. First locate the Alerta alert-delivery integration and its HTTP configuration, then determine the expected client-certificate behavior and add coverage; done means Kapacitor can send alerts to a certificate-protected Alerta server.
