TickScript Template "Recipe" Library

Provide a central repository where TickScript templates and "recipes" could be shared and downloaded. This would function very similar to the Node-Red node library (https://flows.nodered.org/). The impact of this single addition would be enormous. This would drastically reduce the learning curve and the need for granular documentation.
