Is there a MQTT event handler or a way to pass Kapacitor alert events to MQTT?

Hi guys, I am trying to publish my alerts messages onto an MQTT broker. Is there anyway to do this directly from kapacitor currently?

I can't find anything obvious in the alert handler list and can't find a way to easily adapt one of the handlers that are available. I had hoped for something like:
MQTT – Publish alert message on MQTT broker.
