No source build instructions are available for InfluxDB v3

3. Notice there are no instructions

Any documentation on how to build the new version

No documentation for the new version, and the documentation that exists points to v2.

I'd love to have some idea of the build environment.

Start with CONTRIBUTING.md and README.md, following their existing source-build references and checking how they describe the older version. Document the current InfluxDB v3 build process and update those references so a package maintainer can build it from source.
