Research direction
Start by reproducing the timezone change from UTC to Local and inspect the UI code that calculates and displays the start-of-day boundary. Confirm the current 00:01:00 result, then verify that the displayed boundary becomes 00:00:00 in the local timezone without changing other period behavior.
