Old versions of deb files got deleted

I use Docker for reproducibility and have Docker images for some old systems I manage. I noticed that two old versions got their deb files deleted:

* https://dl.influxdata.com/influxdb/releases/influxdb_1.9.11_amd64.deb
* https://dl.influxdata.com/influxdb/releases/influxdb_1.10.3_amd64.deb

Could those please be restored?
