In Influx OSS 2.6 When you get started with the GUI doesn't show root / admin Token.

__Steps to reproduce:__
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.

1. Run influxd.exe
2. Get started in GUI (localhost:8086)
3. Create initial bucket

__Expected behavior:__
The GUI should show me the root / admin Token when Influx ends the initial setup, otherwhise i can't access all the features from the Influx CLI (like doing backups)

__Actual behavior:__
Doesn't show the root / admin Token when Influx ends the initial bucket setup in the GUI

__Environment info:__

* System info: Run `uname -srm` and copy the output here
* InfluxDB version: 2.6

Start with the GUI initial setup flow at localhost:8086 after running influxd.exe and creating the initial bucket. Reproduce the setup in InfluxDB 2.6, trace where the root/admin token should be presented, and verify that it is available for CLI operations such as backups.
