Notebook name cannot be set

But after setting the name a clone appears.


After refreshing the page the original has reverted to _Untitled Notebook_.

Reproduce the notebook rename flow shown in the screenshots and compare the notebook before and after a page refresh. Trace the notebook naming entry point and persistence request, then look for a suitable regression test covering the name surviving refresh. The issue names no file, test, or entry point, so repository navigation is required.
