Description
Hi team, I am very new to influxdb and have been trying to set it up for the past 2 days.
I started influxdb with no config file presented, therefore it's all default; with the default setting I created a new user, org and whatnot.
Then I created a config file for influxdb; I was presented with the setup process again (new user, new password, etc); and every time I modify the same config file (e.g., delete/add a config entry), I was presented with a new setup process. Is this normal? If yes, is there reason why this is the case?
I am MX Linux-21.2 with Influxdb 2.6, Linux kernel version is 5.18.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Reproduce on InfluxDB 2.6 by starting without a config, completing setup, then adding and editing the config; trace how configuration changes affect setup state. Done means establishing whether the reset is expected and, if not, preventing it while preserving existing setup data.
