Description
__Proposal:__
Attach labels to Notebooks (just like Dashboards).
__Current behavior:__
Notebooks can only be filtered by title while Dashboards can be filtered by name and labels.
__Desired behavior:__
- Add labels to Notebooks.
- Filter Notebooks by labels.
__Alternatives considered:__
- Display the creator's name in addition to the creation's date.
- Filter Notebooks by creators.
_(These 2 features could also be added to Dashboards...)_
__Use case:__
My teammates and I have created tons of Notebooks. I need to find a specific Notebook but I forgot its name. I use the labels to find it quickly.
