Description
My Docker container with InfluxDB recently updated to 2.51.
Since then, when adding data sources (Telegraf configurations), the row containing the presets like "System, Docker, Redis" is missing.
Only the "All Telegraf plugins" list is displayed when creating a new Telegraf configuration.
There I can still select system, net, cpu, disk, swap etc. and add it manually to the just generated "System" configuration. This however leads to the issue that the default "System" dashboard is no longer generated.
When I was still running 2.4 InfluxDB I could use the "System" preset button for telegraf configurations. It always created a default dashboard and all the basic system metrics in the configuration automatically for each new device added. I really miss that System preset feature.
Is it know broken or is my configuration broken? It is a fresh container from scratch.
Here is a screenshot how my InfluxDB create telegraf configuration UI looks like without the preset buttons:

Research direction
The report names the Telegraf configuration creation UI and the missing System preset and default dashboard, but no source files or tests. Start by reproducing the flow in the Docker-based setup and compare it with the described InfluxDB 2.4 behavior. Done means the preset row is available and selecting System creates its configuration and default dashboard.
