Description

__Steps to reproduce:__
1. Create new notification rule
2. Switch condition to: `When status is equal to OK`
3. Switch `is equal to` to `changes from`

__Expected behavior:__
Condition successfully changes

__Actual behavior:__
Black screen with `An InfluxDB error has occurred. Please report the issue here.`

__Environment info:__
* System info: `Linux 4.9.0-16-amd64 x86_64`
* InfluxDB version: `InfluxDB 2.0.3 (git: fe04d346df) build_date: 2020-12-15T01:00:16Z`
