Description
`Hey, i am trying to update/create alerts and i'm getting the following error :
Failed to update check: write:orgs/3077a305b6b73615/checks/07961d9ea3b22000 is unauthorized
my manager gave me admin access but it still doesn't work , even though it works for him(he implemented the system in the org)
we've created a new all access token in the ui, then added it into my account in the linux ui.
we are running OSS

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failed alert create/update flow in the InfluxDB OSS UI on Linux, using the affected account and the manager’s account for comparison. Check how the all-access token is created and supplied, then determine why the affected account receives the unauthorized error; done means the cause and a verified resolution are documented.
