Description

__Proposal:__
Chronogrph has already [OAuth ](https://docs.influxdata.com/chronograf/v1.8/administration/managing-security/) to authenticate users. Currently this is not supported with InfluxDB OSS.

Authentication via local login

__Desired behavior:__
Authentication via an Identity Provider like Auth0

__Use case:__
To enable more secure user management that is able to integrate with current user management solutions.
