SFDC Integration Update

This is to capture the work required to send all the required meta data (region, cloud provider, type, data, active, etc.) for new signups and conversions to SFDC without causing duplicate accounts/contacts, etc. Currrent plan is to send all this data to Segment (this part would be owned and maintained by E-Commerce) and Segment to SFDC will be done and maintained by Marketing / Sales.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by clarifying the signup and conversion flows, the required metadata, and the ownership boundary between E-Commerce and Marketing/Sales. Done should mean Segment sends the required data to SFDC without duplicate accounts or contacts.
