List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.
1. Log into https://eu-central-1-1.aws.cloud2.influxdata.com/ with the credentials of my free organization
__Expected behavior:__
Access the data in my free account just like yesterday
__Actual behavior:__
Sometimes white screen with "circuit breaker is open".
Upon refreshing, UI shows but no access to data: buckets, variables,... nothing
