Description
__Steps to reproduce:__
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.
1. cloud2.influxdata.com, open dashboard, add a new cell and create line chart
2. save the chart
3. edit the chart and click on "Customize"
__Expected behavior:__
Describe what you expected to happen.
My expectation is that I can edit line chart properties
__Actual behavior:__
Describe What actually happened.
An InfluxDB error has occurred. Please report the issue
