Normalize Graph types for Data explorer

This is a part of #18225.

The view properties for graph types in data explorer differ for each type. We should normalize all the types to take a similar view property object so that we can use the visualization type folders for flows as well as data explorer.

The visualization types folder has been moved to shared and data explorer view type has been updated to use the shared view type dropdown in pr: https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/applicationmonitoring-5e3b05772922e316b3a210a4/issues/influxdata/ui/191

Start with issue #18225 and inspect the shared visualization types folder, then review the shared view type dropdown update referenced in issue 191. Done means all graph types use a similar view property object and the visualization type folders can support both flows and Data Explorer.
