Description
Proposal:
Include list of external telegraf plugins with directions on how to use with execd.
- Place list of external plugins in it's own section
- Include steps on how to use external plugins with
inputs.execd. Current directions are in a PR to be included in external plugins doc.

Research direction
Start by locating the InfluxDB data source page, then review Telegraf's EXTERNAL_PLUGINS.md and the inputs.execd directions referenced in PR #8001. Done means the page has a separate external-plugin section, links or lists the plugins, and explains how to use them with inputs.execd.
