Unable to access InfluxDB Cloud as data source in Grafana cloud

__Steps to reproduce:__
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.

1. Create free InfluxDB Cloud account
2. Create free Grafana starter Cloud account and create a new token
3. In Grafana, add InfluxDB as data source with the following details


4. Attempt to create a dashboard panel with data from my InfluxDB data source

__Expected behavior:__
I would expect to be able to query data from the InfluxDB Cloud data source (the default `Website Monitoring Bucket` bucket).

__Actual behavior:__
I get an error in Grafana when I attempt to build a query stating:

InfluxDB Error: database not found: Website Monitoring Bucket
```
