Description
Not sure if this belongs here or in a cloud repository, which I can't seem to find in influxdata.
__Steps to reproduce:__
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.
1. From cloud account (free/evaluation) click "Logout" either from the home page or the navigation user menu
__Expected behavior:__
In the past the first time logout was clicked, it lead to an account overview page. Then the user had to click logout a second time.
__Actual behavior:__
The first time logout is clicked, the home page is reloaded. Looks buggy. Not sure if account redirect is failing or if this is a different issue.
__Screencast__

* InfluxDB version: Run `influxd version` and copy the output here
* Other relevant environment details: Container runtime, disk info, etc
browser: **Chrome 83**
__Config:__
Copy any non-default config values here or attach the full config as a gist or file.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the logout flow from a cloud account in Chrome and compare the first-click redirect with the expected account overview page. No source file or test is named; done means the first logout click performs the intended logout redirect without reloading the home page.
