remove algo-w branch from nightly testing of influxdb

We are still testing algo-w branch of influxdb nightly in circle CI. It's time to turn this off. As part of this issue we should also look for needless algo-w branch testing in flux and IDPE and turn those off too.

Search the Circle CI configuration for algo-w references in influxdb, then inspect the corresponding testing configuration in flux and IDPE. Confirm which nightly jobs still exercise that branch and remove those obsolete tests; done means no needless algo-w nightly testing remains in the named projects.
