View History of Checks should be a single click

from a user: since there is only one option under the "eyeball" for viewing history of a check, why do I have to click twice?

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Locate the checks UI that renders the eyeball/history action, then verify that selecting the only history option opens the history view in one click and add or update coverage if the project provides it.
