Description
currently the RawFluxDataTable component has it's own flux parser that is separate from the giraffe implementation. by moving it to using the same format as giraffe, we can normalize, centralize, and optimize csv parsing, even opening up new means of interacting with data requests against the server (apache arrow ftw)
