Description

__Proposal:__
Allow organize dashboards with folders.

__Current behavior:__
Dashboards placed without any strcuture order, just by name or update date.

__Desired behavior:__
There is a way to organaze dashboards in specific way regardless of name or update date.

__Use case:__
When there are many dashboards it's quite annoying that dashboards cannot be organaized by some adjustable semantics. Folders can significantly help with this task. See screenshot:
