__Proposal:__
Provide new notification endpoint type for alerts: **email address**.
__Current behavior:__
Only _HTTP_, _Slack_ and _Pagerduty_ endpoints allowed.
__Desired behavior:__
Sending alerts to specified email address allowed.
__Use case:__
Email address is simplest and widely used way to receive alerts and notifications.
