Description
When SEs or SME (Subject Matter Experts) engage with a customer/user of InfluxDB 2, they are usually put into live environments of monitoring/analysis/display where customers have spent some time assembling dashboards.
Often, the situation calls for adding just one or two cells to a customers/user dashboard.
A single 'import this cell into dashboard' or 'import these two cells into dashboard' cli command (that could be fronted by a UI in the future) is something they feel would be extremely useful.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing dashboard and cell import/export paths and the CLI command structure, then clarify how one or two cells are selected and added to an existing dashboard. Done means a command can import a single cell or a small set of cells into a customer dashboard.
