Cloud users should not have to re-enter their info to download Telegraf

Goal: New users should be able to load data with the fewest clicks possible and without re-entering data

**Current Behavior:**
Given: I have logged in to InfluxDb Cloud
When: I tap Download Telegraf
Then: I have to re-enter my email to download Telegraf

**Desired Behavior:**
Given: I have logged in to InfluxDb Cloud
When: I tap Download Telegraf
Then: I can download Telegraf without needing to re-enter my info

Start with the logged-in InfluxDB Cloud flow described in the issue and inspect the linked get-influxdb page and its “Get the latest Telegraf” overlay. Confirm the existing user information can be reused so selecting Download Telegraf completes the download without asking for the email again.
