Description
Chronograf supports OAuth for authenticating users: cf [this link](https://docs.influxdata.com/chronograf/v1.7/administration/managing-security/#oauth-2-0-providers-with-jwt-tokens).
I don't see such support planned in [alpha/beta](https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb#what-you-can-expect-alpha-and-beta-phases).
It would be great if were supported in InfluxDB v2, too.

Research direction
No source files or tests are named. Start by reading the Chronograf OAuth reference and the linked InfluxData Community post, then identify the InfluxDB v2 authentication entry points and relevant tests. Completion would require defined and verified OAuth authentication behavior, which this issue does not specify.
