Description
The auto-deploy system for updating official images is broken and fails commonly because it tries to build all of the images on Jenkins and one of the images always fails due to some error with retrieving a gpg key.
I just don't think that it's failing that commonly in reality so there's probably a machine misconfiguration of the docker environment that we need to investigate.

Research direction
Start by investigating the Jenkins auto-deploy job and its Docker environment, focusing on the recurring failure to retrieve a GPG key while building official images. Done means identifying and correcting the machine or environment problem so the image builds complete reliably.
